Hello,

I purchased mi a3 mobile phone on 28 september 2019 from amazon, and i pre-paid 12, 999 inr, but i cancelled that order. I did not received my refund yet. I got 1, 000 inr cashback, so my refund is 11, 999 inr. Amazon already generated my refund on 30th september 2019, and it is already been 16 days completed.

My refund reference number is # 181338.

I kindly request you to do further process, so i will get my refund as soon as possible. I am also sending you the photo of e-mail, which i received from amazon, as a proof of my refund is generated.

Respective sir,
As per above subject i have deposit cash in bank of Baroda cdm and cash was deposited but they showing error and time out screen them amount not return and not credited in my bank account
