[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — improper response and simply putting penalty interest

Hi team, i requested for ecs at the start of loan. After 4 months they said it's not happening some issue is there. They suggested me to transfer money to bob savings account every month. But now even after transferring money, they are not deducting money for loan. But they are simply putting interest, panal interest. Im continuesly following up with assistant manager. But no use..
Every month, i need to call assistant manager for the deduction.
