Dear sir, I am holding my saving account number [protected] at churu branch. I transferred rs. 9730 on dated[protected] at 4:23:31 pm through imps ref no-imps/p2a/[protected] to other bank account no-[protected] ifsc code-andb0001758 which is not transferred and there is remark of failure against my transaction from bank of baroda. My account is debited with rs.9730. I also sent an email to imps. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com regarding transaction failure but not got any response. I am holding my current account number [protected] at KAMAKSHYANAGAR, ORISSA branch. I transferred Rs. 34000 on dated[protected] at 02:37:30 pm through imps to other bank account no[protected] ifsc code-BKDN0911395 which is not transferred and there is remark of timeout against my transaction from bank of baroda. My account is debited with Rs.34000.
I also sent an email to imps. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com regarding transaction failure but not got any response. So please kindly do the needful and reverse my transaction amount to my account at the earliest.
