Bank Of Baroda — internet banking password

I applied for internet banking password on 1st nov-2018, that suppose to deliver in 7 working days and it dsnt delivered,
(First complaint) :
Firstly i received the user id and that wasn’t informed me from the bank,
And i asked to bank that i have reviled the id not the password, so they replied that first i will receive the id, password will take 4 more days.
After 4 days i went to bank they told me to come after 2 days.

(Second complain - lack of information) :
After 2 days, i went and meet imima medam, she told me i have to apply online for password, she didn’t knew it before, but another staff of bank earlier told me to apply from bank by filling the form,
She said i have to do it online by myself.
Imima madam told me that what she would do if password is not delivered, and then she told me that my password is delivered to another branch (Previous branch), she behaved rudely and answered irritate.

(Third complaint - behaviour) :
Then i spoke to uma madam she told me that password is in another branch and we need to apply from the start, and it will take more 7 working days,
She doesn’t even know that user id comes in currier at customer's home, (Lack of information) and she debate with me and asked me to show proof. And she told me that i have to inform to bank that i need password in this branch. There is no sense in her statement
Then she told me if its urgent i have to go to mumbai to take the password..

They talk rudely and they are irresponsible..
There is no name plates on staff's table...
They don’t have any id card...
And i asked imima madam her name, she doesn’t even tell her name and replied rudely.

They don’t have complaint book in bank.
Luckily i met manager today – even he wasn’t available previous 3 times.
Its been 16 days and still i have to wait 7-10 working days and branch manager doesn’t event listen my matter properly.
And its bank's mistake that they have delivered in wrong branch.
