My Rs2050 blocked in my saving account. Total balance in my account is 4067, while effective balance is 2017. I cjecket by balance through netbanking there is showing

I called there Customer care on 01/04/2019 they told due to technical issue they are unable to check my details. I again called then on 02/04/2019, they checked and told me that there's a hold of Rs2050 in my account but they are unable to provide any reason why this hold is there? It's so harassing. Once i get my money back I will definitely close my account with Bank of Baroda. Please help me.

Updated by [email protected] Now th lien amount is removed and its showing Rs2050 deducted for the transaction which was failed on bhim app. The transaction was failed but amount debited from my account.
