Bank Of Baroda — misbehaviour of bank employee | |||
An employee named manas sharma totally misbehaved when i asked him about my rtgs/neft He first didnt replied to my questions nd then after i asked him about my rtgs then he misbehaved. He shouted at me and tried to threaten me bt when in return i also shouted he said he will call police. Is this how bank employees are trained?? Is this how they provide us services?? You debited thousands of rupees for lfcev charges. There is no information about charges on upi transaction. And you debited that amount for six months transection? There is no information regarding upi transaction charges from bank. Is this some kind of scam? Resolve this issue.
