Bank Of Baroda — my money deducted from my account but not received in paytm wallet

I am a bank of baroda’s coustomer. 3 month ago means date 14/3/2018 in this date i am doing three translations whith 5000 amount three translations means 15000 amount. This amount transfer to my paytm wallet but this amout deducted from amout but in my paytm wallet this amout not credited. These day this amout not credite..
