Bank Of Baroda — Nilje Branch Non co-operative Employees | |||
I had to visit the branch for my education loan 7 times, still they were not ready to process my loan. The person heading the Loan department was unhelpful and non co-operative. I went to all the troubles to get the papers necessary for loan still every time a new excuse was made to refuse my application. it was disrespectful and annoying to have to go through this. They told me i needed salary slips for loan application, i told them i had no salary slip and that i can give them ITR filings. after two three visits of back and forth with others documents they told me that salary slips are necessary for loan. I dont understand how they can say one thing and revert it to another at the end. I couldn't apply apply for loan since then. The Nilje Branch has one of the laziest employees who are not interested in Customer service or doing their job well. All of this happened during the pandemic when half of the staff were not even wearing masks. Was this information helpful? | |||
