After speaking to a couple of employees about all 4 coffee urns were empty as i could not get coffee i paid for the last employee stated i did not need to have an attitude. I was frustrated i told said employee i did not appreciate that remark as i was a paying customer. He came back to me with an attitude which my husband witnessed and stated he really had an attitude to a customer i feel this is not how panera would like their repeat customers to be treated. He stated they have been busy and it is not his job to do the coffee Was this information helpful? | |||
