We are sorry to inform you that till today we have not received any positive response to our above said both the mail.

Debit 2932.89 rup. Charges regarding for pos machine. But i am not apply for this machine and not received. So please verify and revert this amount my account.
Thus we once again request to consider our both the above genuine requests immediately.

In case bank is not listening to us, we are sorry to mention that the only option left with us is to approach banking ombudsman to intervene for grant relief.

As always we appreciate the bank for timely support given to us earlier due to which we could establish our unit which is running satisfactorily now. Please value our relationship and consider our requests without further delays.

We have submitted that above mentioned information is true and we have adequate due diligence in the matter. We request and recommend to kindly verify the above entry.

I am already reminder this matter for your branch last 2 year but not response.
