Bank Of Baroda — problem in opening an account with jan-dhan yojana

Sir,
My name is deepanshu rawat. I live in alwar (Rajasthan) and i want to open an account of pradhan mantri jan-dhan yogana in bank of baroda in alwar. When i ask in branch to open an account they had refuse me to open account in the bank (Branch is in budh vihar, alwar). They told me that opening of an account of jan-dhan is disclosed.
So, kindly help to open an account with jan-dhan yojana.

We had a transaction through our swipe machine and amount has been deducted from the customer account but not credited in our account .I visited the near by bank and filed a complaint but there is no reply from bank so please solve it as soon as possible sir/madam
