[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — Refund from Amazon not reflected in my account. | |||||
Amazon refunded the amount of 5500 rs on 26th of march with authorization code 111549 and reference number 4897295491486419904061 but till now I didn't got amount into my account. When I call customer care they are saying that amount is credited into ur account. But it is not reflected in my account. Useless customer care saying it will take 45 days to gets amount in my bank. I used to call daily.
I have raised 2 complaints regarding this through customer care.
Finally today I got my money back. Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I have called customer care executive atleast 15times regarding an issue but there is no one to take any calls. 24*7 customer care means that they must be available 24hrs for 7days a week! Very disappointed services from bank of baroda.
