[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — Refund initiated by amazon but still not received in my account

My name is Anzil. I have ordered the product from amazon india on 31st march 2022 . And the price of the product was Rs 58, 800/- . Due to some personal issues I cancelled the order which I have placed. the order ID is[protected]. The refund initiated by amazon is on[protected] and the expected credit was[protected] working days).and still my refund of Rs 58, 800/- is not credited to my account.

Payment method ; using VISA card (card no; [protected])

Today[protected] its been 23 days after refund initiated by amazon india.
I hope fast solution for this complaint and its very urgent.

The bank of baroda is saying they have received my money and it will take 4 working days to credit in my account... Statement is on 30/4/22...and today is 07/5/22. Not yet credited ..what to do .. next thing is going with charge sheet
