2. My refund of rupees 928 on date 02/10/2019 was initiated by amazon. (Refund reference #[protected]

But both above amount is not credited in my bob account. I contact my bank and not satisfied with the reply and also contact with amazon they replied we initiated your refund you can contact your bank.
