I sent email to branch manager, and submitted written letter at branch to cancel SMS service to avoid fees, but I have been getting charged every month for more than 3 months now as seen in my statements.

I have submitted request to change my account phone number in letter to branch also, but account phone number is also not updated.

The SMS slerts that they charge me for goes to the wrong phone number.

Went to ATM to reset forgotten debit card PIN - system asks for acc number and phone number and sends OTP to phone but denies resetting password after saying the phone number does not match with system.

Branch officials say phone number in system updated.

My debit card is useless after being charged ₹177 for it.

Waiting for issue to be sorted out.

Myntra cancelled my product.. amount they had credited bt still its not reflected in my account..
I didn't get my money, which is refunded by Amazon . They said, it is stucked in the bank only.
