Bank Of Baroda — sms service fees not removed after submitting cancel request

I sent email to branch manager, and submitted written letter at branch to cancel SMS service to avoid fees, but I have been getting charged every month for more than 3 months now as seen in my statements.
I have submitted request to change my account phone number in letter to branch also, but account phone number is also not updated.
The SMS slerts that they charge me for goes to the wrong phone number.
[Jul 12, 2018] Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
