Bank Of Baroda — staff behaviour at bank of baroda bhajanpura branch | |||
I have visited your branch today, and because of your employees my time got wasted there. The person sitting on the enquiry counter do not even treat the customers decently and nor give the exact information. I asked him to for an atm application form and he didn't tell me that e pan card would not be acceptable at time of verification.in fact the other staff is also not helping and answering. They just love to refer the customer here and there from one counter to another. When asked his name and designation he did not tell any. I have filed a written complaint also at branch but am assured that it would not be heard. As the staffs behaviour was careless. When i was filing the complaint they all were affirmed that go and filled a complaint if you can, they were making fun of ours. This is not the way a bank with such a great name should behave.
