The tracker id is not received my mobile phone for active beneficiary accounts, which i will not transaction from my accounts. I have sb account on bob branch puri.
I used the net banking, but i was add beneficiary for transaction before one month. Till date the beneficiary is not added for transaction.

For successful beneficiary asking for tracking id. But i don't have this to put.
How i get the tracking id.
