Bank Of Baroda — transaction got time out and didnt refunded at my account

I transfered rs 2350 to the other party through mconnect plus bob application and transaction got timeout and balance deducted from my account and receiver party didn't receive so i request to pls refund my specific amount. Transaction amout 2350, date:-04/05/2019, reference number[protected] its also attched a screenahot with this mail while transactioned

I request to u sir return as soon as possible.
