Bank Of Baroda — unfreeze account

I gave application 6 month ago to open bank account in bkc branch my account is open but i can’t do any transactions. When i ask to bank they say that you account is freeze we want 2 day for unfreezes it. But still it’s not unfreeze. Even i had not do any transactions in account and from the opening account still my account is freeze.
When i had submitted my all documents including athar card
