It is to submit that i have account on bank of india, eluru. My a/c no is [protected], ifsc code bkid0008664. I have not disclose my atm or pin, but rs.16, 000/- debited from my account on 29.05.2017. The details are as follows.

1. Rs.1000/- debited from bdipg/ib[protected]/mpesa.
2. Rs.5000/- debited from bdipg/ib[protected]/idea money.
3. Rs.5000/- debited from bdipg/ib[protected]/idea money.
4. Rs.5000/- debited from bdipg/ib[protected]/idea money.
