Bank Of India — amount deducted from my account but it is not added to receiver account.

I have made a transaction of rupees thirty thousand on 9th january 2019, sunday.
The amount has been deducted from my account but it is not yet added to the receiver account.
I have made this transaction through google pay app. It shows that transaction is successful.
I have account in bank of india and receiver have account in bank of baroda.
