Bank Of India — amount got wrongly debited for failed transaction | |||||
I have tried to pay electricity bill from mobikwik app, my transaction failed but the money got deducted from bank but haven't received the refund till date. Its almost 25 days now. Transaction date-20.8.18 Transaction amount -1327.19 Savings acc no - [protected] Name of account - debopriyo saha App used for transaction - mobikwik Transaction used for purpose - cesc electricity bill payment. Reference no - 8b92889c0540 I am attaching my passbook record for the reference of the amount that got mistakely deducted from my account on 30th aug, 2018 and also attaching the text i got from 'mobikwik' app fr the transaction related. I have made a transaction of Rs 2111 on 13th Aug, 2018. Money was deducted from my account but wasnt received on the other end. I even filled reversal form for refund at my home branch but it has been more than 10days still i havnt received my money. Complaint Reference no is 280818
