[Resolved] Bank Of India — amount not refunded of online failure transaction. | |||
Dear sir, I have a saving account in bank of india. On 21-May-2018, Rs.1300 were deducted four times from my account on doing online electric bill payment of Rs.1300. This is due to problem in bank server showing error after all four attempts to pay bill. But after 5 minutes I received four sms indicating Rs.1300 deducted 4 times from my account. My bill was also paid from one transaction but Rs.1300 were deducted 3 times extra from account. On complaining on Bank of India website at 'Failed transactions Refund Claim' link the Bank has refunded Rs.1300 a single time only. The bank of india has not paid me remaining Rs.[protected] × 2). I complained again on bank's website in 'Bank Level Refund' link to get remaining Rs.2600 but till now the status is showing that 'We are looking into the matter'. From four debit transactions of Rs.1300 one succeeded and one was refunded, so I should get Rs.2600 from the bank. I visited Bank Branch (Kalamna branch, Nagpur) many times but the bank branch is also not responding positively to refund back Rs.2600. Was this information helpful? | |||
