Bank Of India — Amount transferred to wrong account via upi id on phone pe

Dear Sir,

This is to inform that the below mentioned transaction of INR 9000 made on 21/12/2022 had not been credited to the actual beneficiary. THE AMOUNT CREDITED TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT due to upi id mismach by mistake. please assist me to get the amount back to my BOI account

The transaction details are as follows:

21-Dec-2022 UPI/[protected]/DR/Debasi/IDFB/debasissi/Paymen 9000.00
UTR:[protected] screenshot attached for reference.
The CORRECT BENEFICIARY IS UPI/[protected]/DR/DEBASI/BDBL/[protected]/na as per transaction made today of INR 1000

Kindly look into the same & assist to reverse the amount of INR 9000

REQUEST YOU TO share BANK NAME, Branch name AND ACCOUNT NUMBER for which the amount of rupees 9000 had been credited.
