Bank Of India — arrears not paid by bank of india, central pension processing center, nagpur

3 ppos (Ppo no.[protected] were sent by central pension accounts office, new delhi in october/november 2018 to central processing centre, bank of india nagpur. Reminder mail was sent by my kukatpally branch to boi nagpur on 27 dec, 2018. More than two months have passed but no arrears were made so far. Very pathetic services.
