Bank Of India — atm card not activated

Dear sir,
My name is satyadev kumar. I am account holder of bank of india.
My account is created on 12th aug 2015.
I got atm card on 4th aug 2017. The officer said that my atm card will be activated within 10 days. And today is 19th august. My atm card has not activated yet. I informed that bank manager but he didn't take any action. I am tired of waiting. I am very disappointed.

Dear sir,
My name is rajiv gandhi. I am account holder of bank of india.
My account is created on 9th jun 2017.
I didn't got atm card. The officer said that he will call me when my ATM card comes to bank. And today is 20th august. He did not called me since today. I am tired of waiting. I am very disappointed.
