Bank Of India — atm didn't dispensed cash but amount got deducted

Money got deducted from my account but cash didn't got dispense been 3 days i have raise complain reference number is atm[protected] but i still haven't received and follow up by the bank it was from a sbi atm i didn't got any slip for it either amount was 5000/- without any slip of transition or reference number atm id is s1bb[protected] i can't check the status of my complaint and haven't received follow up emails from them

सर मेरा पैसा 20 अगस्त से रूका हुआ है जो की बार बार कंपलेंट करने के बावजूद कोई काम नही हो रहा है ।।।
Me aassha krta hu ki meri preshani jld se jld KTM ki jaye taki me bank of India se relationship me bna Raha hu mujhe khusi hogi ki meri preshani jld se jld dur ho ...!!!
