[Resolved] Bank Of India — ATM transaction failure issue | |||||
Hi, Last month I had a transaction from ICICI bank ATM using my BOI bank ATM card. I had swiped my card 2 times over there as because the first transaction was failed after requesting for money from ATM and then I had swiped my card again to withdraw the money from the ATM machine. The second transaction was successful but I got 2 transactional messages and charged 2 times though my first transaction was unsuccessful. After this, I filled an online complaint to BOI support team but till today, I did not get any reply or the money from them. I had also submitted a physical form as well to my home branch. Please do something as the transactional amount was big one. The wrongly transacted money has been credited to my BOI bank account just the same day I had filed an online complain.
