Bank Of India — atm transactions failed but money not refunded to my account yet 7 working days completed and head office not responding | |||||
Dear sir, i faced a transaction issue as it got failed and did not Deliver the money to me. It happened on 08th november 2018 3:14pm at indianbank atm, nehrunagar 4th line, guntur. Got the Message on screen "unable to dispense". I did not get money for two failed atm transactions. I fill the form atm ailure/refund complaint at your official website: www.bankofindia.co.in. i also got reference numbers regarding my debit of 2000, 2000rs on november 09, 2018. Total 4000 debited and i also fill charge back form at home branch boi autonagar guntur-522002 on november 19, 2018. Account no - [protected]. Ifsc - bkid0008623. Name - shaik. Subhani basha. Till money not credited to my account yet. I also mail to ho. Atm cell about my issue but didnot get any reply. Kindly Resolve my issue at the earliest.
