Bank Of India — bank refuse to take cheque

Dear sir
Palghar branch banker refuse to deposit /receive school fees slip
(Chinmaya school boisar printed slip provided with bank details of boisar branch).
Branch manager told us to deposit cheque & slip in home branch only.
Is it core banking???
If it is core banking why should not received...

Hello,
I am transferring funds using UPI. my mobile number is [protected]. but when i transferring funds its going to someone else account. also i have complaint in bank but still they have not responded its been 5 months ago.
its serious issue please check and update me.
