Bank Of India — cash not received by bank

Today i visit boi bank bank bazar bathinda for cash deposit but after 20 to 25 mints cash not received from me. Only i am on the cash counter. I speak to manager for this problem but he told me that no more manpower i am help less he told me either wait for more time or as you wish.
