Bank Of India — cashier of mehdipatnam branch (bkid0008628), hyderabad. misbehaving with male customers. | |||||
Respected (Authority) sir/ madam I mr. Saleem tamimi having savings and current account in you bank (Boi, mehdipatnam hyderabad) since from starting this branch. I am noticing there is only one cashier (Old gentleman he thinks) he gives good service to ladies and his closest customers. He does not give proper response to male customers. On 03/10/2018 wednesday i went to take out the cash some of rs. 150000/- at 3 p. M. It took me 1 hour 20 minutes.in beetwin the cashier took some deposit forms and money from back window. When my turn came i asked him and requested him to give 2000 notes denominations which already i saw in the counter. He refused to give. Before me there were some ladies he asked them very politely and gave them what ever they asked denominations. This has happened many times. After seeing lot of times i am giving complain against him. Otherwise i have no personal issues with him. Please kindly look into a above said matter and if it is possible change the impatient and ladies favour cashier and increase one more window for Customers benefit as soon as possible.
