Bank Of India — complaining about poor service and worst maintaining from your side | |||
Respected hod, Sir, i propriter of m/s mamta genral stores bilaspur c. G I m a account holder in your bank with cc limit. Your branch is giving worst service to their customers, and due to this many account holders have transfered theri account to other banks. I m also planning to do so... They have bounced my many cheques and whenever i asked reason, they replied me that its not our fault its from upper level... Means they dont even bother to verify and dont keep any power to satisfy us. My account [protected] showed me 201149/- on[protected] and today cheque of 200000/- have been bounced. They gave me reason as... Intrest has been debited so sir your branch was debiting intrest on 26-27 of every month and without information you have debited intrest and sir now who will be responsible for cheque bouncing and the goodwill i have lost. I m very disappointed with your bank and within 8-10 days i m going to transfer my account to other bank. And if your are responsible person and you know your duties so sir please give me proper answer for this bounced chequed. Or talk to me regarding more complains of your branch.
