Bank Of India — debit amount still not received | |||||
Hi sir! I md nazir alam is a account holder in bank of india (Gorthamba arkhango)-giridhi (Jharkhand). I was deposited rs 20000/- on 6th oct 2017 and trying to withdraw amount rs 10000/- on 10th oct 2017 through atm of bank of india but amount would not received will wait for few mints there but amount will not came out and then transaction was failed at that time and also amount was debited from my account. I went to branch manager on the same day but unfortunately branch manager was not there then he took my complain on 18th oct 2017 (Complaint no:- 171017 data 8648) i continuous following with him about the status of my complaint but he has not able to ans any thing, after few days he told me that i dont have any ans of your question and he did misbehave with me also. I was really disappoint with the behavior of branch manager of giridhi branch. Then i went to gurgaon bank of india branch for the query on my raised complain, manager said not having any update on your complaint kindly contact to your home branch. Really disappoint with the services of bank. So, then i am coming to you and request you please resolve my problem it already being 3 months. Looking for positive response from side.
