I, branch manager, of alkapuri chowk branch, giridih, jharkhand on 13/12/17, with furnishing the full details along with an application, but due to his callousness and negligence behavior or work culture, nothing has been done so far in this regard and debited amount of rs 1000/ to my account no. [protected] has not been credited as of now despite there is a clear instruction of the r. B. I to resolve such issues within maximum 07 days.
