I am ratti ram thakur sole proprietor ratti rama taxi service having current account no [protected] last 1995 onwards. I have taken so many srta loans every time your management or employees support me very well. For that i appreciate your past managment very much. Last two years onwards i am not satisfied with the bank of india main branch dwarkanagar visakhapatnam. I want to know my difficulties with your staff they want to always pending or delay our work like bg. I have run for that 2-3 times. Of course i pay 100% margin money. This time badly unhappy to service of bank of india employee. Today i know that the bank of india don't want customer like me. I want this reply earliest otherwise i want to break relationship from bank of india.
