Bank Of India — deny for passbook entry ghansoli branch

Dear boi customer care,

I saiyed asif, visited in your ghansoli boi, branch on 18.12.2017, for passbook entry, first i try with the machine, it read my name, but will transaction it say no entry, as the entry was there. Then i told the boi staff regarding the incident, he check my account and told entry is there, and told print the passbook from his neighbor staff, i went to take the entry from her she deny to print my passbook, inspite of now customer was present, then other staff check in the machine he to fine that system not taking the entry, inspite of saying multiple time they not ready to print my passbook, and told visit your mumbai branch, when i told its centralized every where, then to they deny to do entry.
Late i visit the branch manager, and i request him to do the entry, but he told come at 4 pm, mow my staff are busy, same problem was having other customer, they to facing the issue in printing.
And hardly 1 or 2 customer was there, who come for entyy, but the ghansoli staff not want to do entry.
Kindly request to check the matter.
