Bank Of India — excess deduction of tds amount from my recurring deposit account | |||
I am having a rd a/c no: [protected] in lakshmipuram branch, guntur, which was opened on 3-7-2014. At the time of opening i have submitted my pan no: abapv7142f. Unfortunately the bank authorities deducted the tds 20%. [protected]/- interest - tds - 1581 deducted - as per it rules upto 10, 000/- no tds. [protected] /- interest - tds - 2018 deducted - (Those who are having pan number tds will be deducted 10%on interest amount) [protected]/- interest - tds - 2470/- deducted. (20%) Kindly refund excess debited tds amount and credit to my above said rd a/c. Otherwise kindly close my rd account and transfer the amount to the following bank, for which i shall be grateful to you. Canara bank, s. B. A/c no:[protected] ifsc : cnrb0002492, guntur. At 27 October, I sent money, on TezApp.Money wad deducted from my account but not creditetdin payee account & Tez app shows it is failed transacton.I complaint it to Tez app, They told me to complaint to bank.Sir i also complaint to my home branch but no response since 15days.I didnot get my money.
