Bank Of India — failed transaction through gateway

I will pay billing in the government fees through bank of I Dia debit card when the amount is debited before the transaction failure or not today at 11.30am the amount is debited 800 then show the screen is transaction through failed gateway of bank we will complain many times the debited amount is not refund in my account at boi we lose many times of amount
