Bank Of India — i'm complaining against the branch.

I have visited branch regarding the issue i m facing using internet banking. They have assured me of getting a pin within 15 days and then after getting that pin i’ll be able to use internet banking. The staff has noted my details but it’s almost one month my problem is yet to be sorted. Why would a customer always run to the bank and fall prey in front of them to get the work done.
It has to be solved within the time frame but still i m not able to use my internet banking. Not satisfied with the assurance given.

im soniya my account no is [protected], today[protected] i tryto withdrawl amount of rs 200.00 (two hundred only), i not recieved money from ATM machine but amount has been debited from my account. please help me solve this issue.
