[Resolved] Bank Of India — IMPS Transaction Failed - Amount not credited or refunded back | |||||
Dear Sir, I am maintaining Account with Bank of India, Janathapet Branch, Kavali, Nellore(Dt), Andhrapradesh with SB Account No. [protected]. I have transferred an amount of Rs.46000/- to my own SBI Account. However Amount has been debited from my BOI Account and not credited to my SBI Account. Date and Time of Transfer:[protected]:50 am. My Transaction Number is : IMPS/RRN/STCON/[protected] I have made calls to Customer Care numbers several times but they are not responding in a proper way. They are not lifting the landline numbers at all. You may please forward my issue to concerned authorities and resolve as early as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir, I tried to 6000/- (Six thousand) withdraw money from ATM of icici on 17.05.2016 at 11.59 ATM ID. is S1CN2844 at icici bank. P.Y.Road Rajbada, but money not recd. then i tried to get money from another machine at same premises. while transaction from two machine.
