Bank Of India — money debited 467 rs

Hello the amount of 465 rs has been debited while shopping in big bazar on october 30th... Still the amount is not been credited to my account... Kindly do the needful and update the status of the refund amount... I have cross checked with biz bazar team... They are saying that the amount has not received from their end... Kindly check the boi and register a complaint... I have waited till date dec 14th still the amount has not credited to my balance... Kindly do the needful and refund my money back...
