Bank Of India — money has been deducted, refund has not been given. | |
I have booked 4 tickets from redbus. At last minute, it said "can't booked tickets due to some technical glitch." i have contacted redbus and they emailed me saying it's fault from your bank's end. And money will be refunded back by 2 working days.992 inr has been deducted twice. The bank of india hasn't responded yet. I want my refund back. I am sending photo of that email from redbus. Please do the needful urgently.
