Dear sir/ma'am,
I was doing an online transaction and its information are :
Amount refund date: 18/07/2018
Transaction date : 26/07/2018
Transaction amount : 6, 299/-
Transaction no :#75260828201021505518161
Account number : [protected]
Phone no: [protected]
The problem is that the refund amount not sent in my account, but the transaction number sent.

Sir almost ten days has passed since this incident and i haven't got the refund yet.
