I have just got my new a. T. M. But when i tried to generate pin. L am not getting o. T. P. While my mobile number is registered with the bank. I have hotlisted/blocked my old a. T. M. Kindly help me to resolve my problem. Sir my name is shiv om shukla. I am a customer of bank of india branch shahabad hardoi u. P. Branch code 7408. Moreover can i unblock my old a. T. M.

I made a transaction twice for swap payment on 14th March 2018. Money was deducted from my account but i got message like one time.

So please reslove the problem as soon as possible.
