Hi Branch manager Branch: wadala east, mumbai I am revati jadhav i m having boi account. This is regarding my old passbook was full that why i want new passbook that a reason i was visited your wadala east branch twice but they always give me excuse (Person is not available). Rude behavior of the staff.. This is the most inefficient and incompetent bank staff i have ever seen.
