Bank Of India — not refunded money

Address:B 50 matrushakti society opposite sales india, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380024

I have book my train ticket from paytm but the ticket not be proced and before entered my irctc password the money will be deducted and then my phone going sleep mood so i have not complete my booking details bt till now the money not be refunded bt the bank and paytm shows that money will be sended to your bank so may i know why i haven't get my money back???
