Bank Of India — online transaction failure refund claim

I have made 3 online transactions which were failed but i hadn't received any refund. Following are the transaction details:
1) date: 09/03/2019, amount: 7553
2) date: 09/03/2019, amount: 7553
3) date: 01/03/2019, amount: 7553

Kindly resolve my issue. I am very much disappointed with your service. I had already faced similar kind of issues in my other account with your bank thrice. Please solve this issue as soon as possible
