Bank Of India — Outright denial of boi staff to process my request & customer harassment

Complaint against outright denial of boi staff to process my request for issue of star-token saying "i will not issue your startokendo what you canyou can not do anything to me."
I have a boi account ([protected]) since 2006. After boi launched startoken system, i came to know about the same when i logged into internet-banking system for making payments. But before downloading the startoken, a verificationkey and activationcode was required.

Contacted boi customer care for help regarding this issue. They replied back via email with a cc to the technical team of cuttack with full details about what form i need to submit at the bank and what your bank officials have to do at their end.
I submitted the said form on 30may2016 at boi-cuttack ranihat
Branch (New home branch). I received a call on 4june2016 from mrs
Bijaylakshmi satpathy, an official of boi-cuttack ranihat branch sayingmy account did not belong to her branch, even though my account had been transferred from boi-cuttack nayasarak branch to ranihat branch since 2014 and i have been using check-book and passbook of boi-cuttack ranihat branch since 2014 onwards.
Between 30may2016 and 8july2016 mrs bijaylakshmi made me run 3 times to your bank branch and my mother who is a senior citizen five times to your ranihat branch on some pretext or the other and everytime providing some baseless reason for not accepting my form for issuance of star-token.
Finally when on 8july2016 she made me and my mother run 3 times to your ranihat branch even though it was raining heavily that day, the
Third time when i asked why she was harassing me like that, mrs
Bijaylakshmi satpathy replied "i will not issue your startoken. Do
What you can. You can not do anything to me.". She even asked her
Colleagues not to help me.
When i raised my concerns, even your branch-manager did not help. Nobody took note of the fact that a senior citizen was made to run 3 times to your bank even though it was raining heavily outside just because mrs bijaylakshmi satpathy was carrying out some personal vendetta for reasons unknown to me.
I strongly request you to take note and action against her for
High-handedness and customer-harassment. This is not
Professional-behaviour. How can she say a customer "i will not process your request. Do what you can"? And continue ill-treating and scolding us.
Ps. Please collect cctv footage of boi-cuttack ranihat branch from
30may2016-8july2016 for proof as to how many times mrs bijaylakshmi satpathy has made us run to the bank.
[Aug 03, 2016] Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
