[Resolved] Bank Of India — poi machine transaction failure but amount debited or not reversed after 40 days

Sir,
On 05.12.2017 i had a transaction through poi machine of 24456/- at srijoni healing home, kolkata for hospital charge. The said transaction was declined but still the same amount was deducted from my bank account. On 12.12.2017 i approached to my bank branch (Basirhat branch) & submitted a written application to the bank manager for the reversal of deducted money. I collected a attested copy of the merchant's (Receiver) poi statement for the date which is attached. Also, on 21.12.2017 i claimed for that money online through "poi failure refund" form on the bank's website (www.bankofindia.co.in) & got a reference no which is attached herewith. Nothing was refunded. On 26.12.2017 i e-mailed to the bank's call centre (Copy attached) for the same matter but got no reply till date.
